Ruthy leads Microsoft’s Healthcare Industry Business across Central & Eastern Europe, working with Public and Private Health Providers, Health Payors, and Ministries of Health across the region. Ruthy has been with Microsoft for over 8 years, and previously has been Microsoft’s Chief Startups Lead and Software Partners Tech Lead, in Central & Eastern Europe, and Microsoft Israel. She has over 20 years of experience in the Medical Devices, Health-Tech, Digital Health, Telecom, Internet, and Venture Capital industries. She holds a BSc in Computer Science, MSc in Engineering & Brain Research, and an MBA.
