Dineke Zeegers

Dineke Zeegers Paget is a lawyer, with a PhD in comparative health law from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands. She was the executive of director of the European Public Health Association (EUPHA) for 25 years and is now the EUPHA strategic advisor. Before joining EUPHA, she worked as a junior officer at the WHO headquarters working on HIV/AIDS legislation, as a researcher on human rights, law and HIV/AIDS at the Department of Social Medicine of the University of Groningen, and as a senior project manager on HIV prevention and health promotion at the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health in Bern, Switzerland.
